Confirm seller pickup

Ask the seller what their pickup process is. Most are ready in 1 to 3 business days after sale.

Get the VIN early

VIN locks the quote. Sellers give it on the listing or after deposit. We need it to confirm.

Buyer protection

Title and lien check

Make sure title and lien are clear before the carrier shows up. We can pick up after, but inspection delays delivery.

Photo at pickup

Be home for the delivery window. If you cannot, send someone over 18 with ID to sign the BOL.

Can you pick up from Carvana, Vroom, or CarMax?

Yes. We pick up from any Carvana hub, Vroom delivery center, CarMax lot, or directly from a delivery in progress if you change destinations.

What about a private seller on Cars.com or Facebook?

Yes. We coordinate with private sellers, schedule pickup, and confirm title and key are ready before the carrier arrives.

Do I need to meet the seller?

No. We coordinate with the seller directly. As long as title transfer and payment are done, we handle pickup.

How long does delivery take?

Pickup is 1 to 3 days from booking. Transit is 2 to 10 days depending on distance. Total: usually under 2 weeks.

Is the car insured during shipping?

Yes. Carrier cargo coverage from pickup to delivery. Certificate available before the carrier shows up.

What if the seller is not ready for pickup?

We re schedule with the seller and update your ETA. No charge for one re schedule, additional re schedules may carry a small fee.

Can I change the delivery address mid transit?

Yes, within reason. Small address changes within the same metro are free. Larger changes may be priced as a re route.

Do you cover Carvana 7 day or CarMax 30 day returns?

Yes. We can pick up the returned car from your driveway and deliver it back to the seller's nearest location.

What if the car needs to be inspected first?

We can schedule a pre purchase inspection at a shop near pickup before the carrier loads. Common on private sales.

How do I track my delivery?
