Dealers move cars, not retail packages.

Your inventory cycle is days, not weeks. The car you bought at Manheim Pennsylvania has to be on your lot in Charlotte before the weekend, detailed, and on the line. The Tahoe you traded to a sister store needs to roll today, not Friday. The retail unit you sold online needs to be at the customer's driveway in 5 days or they cancel and you eat the F&I.

Whipshipper runs dealer freight as a separate book. Your account has a single rep who knows your stores, your lanes, and your tolerance for delay. Auction lane runs are scheduled, not begged for. Dealer trades are dispatched same day on most pairs of cities. Sold unit delivery is white glove if you need it.

Volume pricing scales with monthly cars. Monthly invoicing instead of card per load. Optional API so your DMS pushes loads directly without anyone typing VINs.

Why dealer groups use Whipshipper

Built for inventory turns, not for one off retail shoppers.

1

Volume pricing tiers

10, 25, 50, 100 cars a month tiers. Real discount, not a coupon code. Locked in once your monthly volume averages in.

2

Dedicated account rep

One person, one phone, one email. Knows your stores, your salespeople, your tolerance for stale inventory.

3

Monthly billing, Net 15

Single invoice, paid Net 15 or Net 30 depending on volume. No card on file per load.

4

API and DMS integration

Optional API that pulls VINs from your DMS, builds loads, and pushes ETAs back into your inventory feed.

5

Auction lane scheduling

Manheim, ADESA, Copart, IAA, ACV. Standing lanes with windows, not gambling on the open load board.

6

Dealer trade speed

Same day dispatch on most paired city dealer trades. We know which routes are tight and which need a backup carrier.

Every auto transport service we run

Auto transport is not one product. A dealer moving forty units off an auction lane, a collector shipping a numbers matching car across the country, and a family sending one sedan ahead of a move are three different jobs that happen to use the same highways. They need different trailers, different insurance limits, different loading equipment, and different scheduling. Quoting all three the same way is how customers end up with a truck that cannot legally carry their vehicle. Pick the line below that matches what you are actually moving, and the quote comes back against the right equipment the first time.

By vehicle

By who is shipping

Not sure which one fits? Call (888) 780-6207 and describe the vehicle and the route. A dispatcher will tell you which equipment it needs and what the lane is running, or start with an instant quote and adjust from there.

Read before you book

Most complaints in this industry trace back to something the customer was never told: that the first quote was a placeholder, that the broker on the phone is not the company driving the truck, or that personal items in the trunk are not covered by cargo insurance. None of that is complicated once somebody explains it. These are the explainers we send customers before they book, written to be useful whether or not you ship with us.
